At Langstone Manor, we often have holiday homes for sale
Our season runs from the 15th March to the 15th November each year and the holiday homes can be used by friends and family for holiday breaks.
You are well away from the hustle and bustle of life and can enjoy a weekend away from it all with home from home comforts in your own holiday home!

After the initial purchase of your holiday home there are annual and ongoing costs in keeping your holiday home.
Each year you will pay ground rent which for 2005 to 2006 is £1020.71 inc. This includes water and sewerage.
On top of this there are rates at £222.65, insurance, gas and electric appliance annual checks, gas and electric (metered and read annually).
We also offer a winterisation service which is where the holiday home is drained down for the winter.
